My dad locked himself out of his apartment and called me for help because I had his spare key, the only problem was that I wasn’t at home and it would have take me about at least an hour to go back home get the key and reach out to his place, instead I called Minneapolis Door & Lock who rekey my house last year and got Matt their technician over the phone, he was able to reach my dad within less then 15 minutes and to unlock his door in no time.
