I accidentally locked my keys inside the car's trunk while putting in the shopping bags. Unfortunately my phone was also inside one of the bags and I had to go back into Walmart and ask for help. One of the one of the cashiers recommended these guys and even let me use her phone to call them... such a nice girl! 15 minutes later Isaac came to my rescue and opened the car's trunk in less then few minutes! Thank You so much for saving me that day!

I accidentally locked myself out of the car and the were incredibly fast not only to answer the phone but actually to reach out, although they quoted 30 minutes for their technician to arrive the gentleman who came to my help showed up in about 15. He was very nice and polite an he managed to get me back into my car in less than couple of minutes, very reasonable price and such a great experience, absolutely recommend this business.

The key broke off in my deadbolt lock, it was hard to turn it and this time I put to much pressure on it and it snapped. Called bunch of places and Matt from Minneapolis Door & Lock was the first to show. He was very professional and he used a special extracting tool and managed to salvage my lock, then he picked the lock and got the door open, he also made me 2 new keys right on the spot and charged a reasonable price, thank you Matt for saving me last night!
