Minneapolis Door & Lock team was amazing! They are very professional and efficient. Issac their locksmith technician was fantastic. I had a stubborn old deadbolt lock that had me driven crazy. Issac came out here, fixed the problem by replacing it and also rekeyed it to match my keys. Issac did not leave before he made sure that everything was working smoothly. I was stuck with the key locked inside the car at 10pm and Minneapolis Door & Lock responded to my call very fast and sent the technician immediately. Jony arrived and open my car without problem with in 3 min. I also asked hem to make me extra key with the tools in his van, I will recommend Minneapolis Door & Lock to all my friends.

My dad locked himself out of his apartment and called me for help because I had his spare key, the only problem was that I wasn't at home and it would have take me about at least an hour to go back home get the key and reach out to his place, instead I called Minneapolis Door & Lock who rekey my house last year and got Matt their technician over the phone, he was able to reach my dad within less then 15 minutes and to unlock his door in no time. Matt is a great guy very honest and he charged my dad fairly, I can't thank him enough for his fast and super professional service!

I called Minneapolis Door & Lock when my front door lock stopped working right and I couldn't lock the door, Matt came over within the hour and clearly knew what was wrong, he gave me tow options, the first option was to fix the lock and the second was to replace it with a new one, the cost differences weren't that much so I've decides to go with option number two. Matt replaced the lock quickly and also rekeyed it to match my existing key and did not charge extra for it, excellent experience from start to finish I would definitely recommend this guy.
